Lanzarote Geopark and Marine Reserve
The Geopark covers an area of almost 2,500 km2, made up of a significant area of submerged land, which contributes to the geodiversity of the Geopark, and 886.85 km2 of surface land, which includes the island of Lanzarote and the Chinijo archipelago.
This round table will focus on the important geological values of the area and how this unique geology is directly related to the gastronomy of the island of Lanzarote.
