Viviana Varese will talk about these special citrus fruits and how she exploits them in her gastronomic proposal.
The crops along the slopes of the volcano, where the lava soil is particularly soft and fertile and the climate is mild, enhance the citrus fruits of Sicily, one of the most biodiverse islands in the Mediterranean, where oranges, lemons and mandarins are the protagonists of gastronomy and sweet and savoury recipes and fuel creativity.
