With a clear commitment to the Valencian market garden and the sea, Camarena has been able to create a cuisine based on the seasonality and flavour of the best produce.
A few weeks ago he travelled to the island to learn about the unique products that the volcanic terrain of Lanzarote has to offer and to prepare this presentation in which he will talk about volcanic products from a Levantine perspective. Carabinero and prawns from La Santa, pitaya flowers and coastal herbs are some of the products he has worked with in preparation for his presentation at Worldcanic.
